“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
– Jeremiah 29:11
In 2018, I boarded a plane to Cambodia with a simple goal: visit my childhood best friend. It was meant to be a reunion, a chance to explore a new corner of the world. But as I walked the streets of Phnom Penh and wandered through the countryside, something stirred inside me—a quiet, unshakable unease.
Cambodia was beautiful, its people warm, resilient, and full of life. Yet, beneath that beauty, I could sense the weight of its struggles—the cycles of poverty, the scars of past genocide, the shadows of modern-day slavery and exploitation.
I couldn’t stay away. Over the next few years, I returned seven more times, drawn back by something I didn’t yet understand. Each visit deepened my connection to Cambodia’s people, but also made the urgency of their challenges impossible to ignore. This wasn’t just a place I had visited—it was a place I couldn’t walk away from.
As 2024 came to a close, an intense season of prayer, wrestling, and conversations with God began. I could feel a shift happening—one that I wasn’t entirely ready for, but couldn’t ignore.
Then came January 2025—a trip that was supposed to be nothing more than a routine visa renewal and driver’s license update. Instead, it became the finale of a fireworks show of God speaking, confirming, and using others to reaffirm what He had been stirring in me for years.
It became undeniably clear: my full-time calling was to Cambodia.
This call wasn’t just a feeling—it was repeatedly confirmed through scripture, especially Psalms, and through a song by Josiah Queen, where he sings:
"How can I say I believe if it's never been that costly to me?
And how can I stay to myself if I have the cure for disease?"
That question wrecked me. How could I hold back when I know the cure for death? How could I live a “normal” life when I knew there were children suffering—children God loves—who could be rescued? What else could satisfy that call?
By the end of 2022, I had already taken the first step—founding Majesty International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering Cambodia’s next generation through trade-based education, mentorship, and opportunity. Even now, I carry daily reminders of this call—alarms on my phone that prompt me to:
Encourage – To lift up others who are here, serving and loving Cambodia.
Love – To love people as God loves them.
Give – To trust God for provision, and in turn, give freely as He calls me to.
One of my deepest prayers remains inspired by TobyMac’s song, “Love is in the House”:
"Lord, forgive me when I get consumed by the things of this world that fight for my love and my passion. As my eyes are open wide and on You, grant me the privilege of Your worldview and allow me to maintain it. Let Your kingdom be what wakes me up and what lays me down."
The last few years have been a journey of discovery, prayer, and action—countless conversations, walking alongside Cambodia’s people, and seeking the greatest way Majesty International can serve. Slowly, through these moments, God shaped our mission:Trade-based education, equipping Cambodian youth with skills to build self-sufficient futures.
Strengthening NGOs, providing the tools to amplify their impact.
Building generational resilience, breaking cycles of poverty through opportunity.
Majesty International was born out of a stirring that became a calling—a journey that started with unease and turned into faithful purpose. Today, it stands as a testament to God’s calling, Cambodia’s resilience, and the belief that even the smallest steps of obedience can create extraordinary change.
And this is just the beginning.

If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.
Isaiah 58:10
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
Psalm 82:3-4
To inspire and disciple Cambodia’s young people, equipping them with trades-based education, entrepreneurial training, and Christ-centered mentorship. Through practical skills, business leadership, and faith-driven guidance, we empower them to build resilient lives, create sustainable livelihoods, and become leaders in their communities. Our mission is to break cycles of poverty and vulnerability, equipping youth to thrive as Kings and Queens in God's Kingdom.
To empower Cambodia’s young people with faith and practical skills to transform their lives, lead with resilience, and build self-sustaining communities rooted in God’s Kingdom.
Majesty International is committed to being Christ-centered in everything we do, ensuring that our values, decisions, and programs reflect the love, grace, and teachings of Jesus. While faith is at the core of our mission, we believe in leading by example rather than imposing beliefs. Every young person we serve is welcomed, valued, and empowered, regardless of their personal faith journey. Through mentorship, discipleship, and a culture of integrity and compassion, we seek to demonstrate Christ’s love in a way that inspires transformation.
We believe in lifting young people up rather than simply giving them aid. Every initiative must cultivate leadership, resilience, and self-efficacy, ensuring that Khmer youth become changemakers in their own communities. Whether through vocational training, business education, or mentorship, our goal is to equip them with the confidence and skills to thrive independently.
Majesty International is committed to absolute transparency and ethical stewardship of resources. Every donation, partnership, and decision must be handled with honesty and accountability. We aim to honor donor trust, respect the communities we serve, and operate with unwavering integrity—never compromising our values for convenience or financial gain.
If an opportunity does not directly contribute to our mission of trades-based education, entrepreneurial mentorship, and holistic youth development, we will not pursue it. Majesty International is focused on building long-term, sustainable impact, and every project we undertake must align with our vision of equipping Khmer youth for a self-sufficient, faith-driven future.
We are not here for quick fixes—we are here to build lasting solutions. Every initiative must prioritize long-term sustainability over temporary relief. Whether through job creation, revenue-generating enterprises, or self-sustaining mentorship networks, Majesty International ensures that the youth and communities we serve can thrive beyond our direct involvement.
Majesty International does not work in isolation—we engage deeply with local communities, churches, and leaders to ensure that our efforts meet real needs and create lasting change. Our programs should be shaped by the people they serve, ensuring that Khmer youth not only receive training but also become leaders who invest back into their own communities.
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
